CLASS OF 2010: Hundreds of children across East Surrey will be pictured in their local newspaper this week.

They are due to appear in a packed 8-page pull-out to mark the end of their seven years at primary school.

The souvenir supplements will be published in the Surrey Mirror, Dorking Advertiser and Leatherhead Advertiser as the youngsters celebrate the final days of term and the start of the summer holidays.

Editor in chief Frank le Duc said: “It’s a special time and we’re delighted to be producing a wonderful memento of the Class of 2010.

"It will give children and their families a fantastic reminder for years to come of an important moment in their schooldays."

The picture special will feature children from schools across the Mole Valley district, Reigate and Banstead borough and Tandridge district.

The Surrey Mirror and Dorking and Leatherhead Advertiser will be on sale from Thursday morning for just 60p.
