Epsom man threatened by group carrying a baseball bat
Surrey Police are appealing for information after a 17-year-old man was threatened by four men carrying a baseball bat in Epsom.
The incident took place between 8:30 and 9:30 on Tuesday 5th February.
The victim was riding his moped along London Road near to the junction with Kingston Road when four men stepped infront of the victims moped and tried to hit him with a baseball bat.
The man was then perused through roads in the area by the men in a green 4x4 which at one point reversed the wrong way down the A240.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Antony Preston from Epsom CID, said: "This was a terrifying ordeal for the young man involved and we need anyone who witnessed any part of this incident to contact detectives with information.
"At this stage in the investigation we do not believe that these were random threats and that the victim and the offenders are known to each other."
The victim was not injured in the incident and no arrests have been made.
Local officers from the Epsom and Ewell Safer Neighbourhood Team will assist detectives with their enquiries in the area and urge anyone with concerns surrounding the incident to contact them on 101.
