High five as Park cruise up to fourth
SOUTH PARK boss Joe McElligott should have been a happy man after watching his side smash in five against Sandhurst Town – but insisted: "We should have scored nine!"
Dave Smith scored twice and Chris Smith, Kieran Lavery and Jack Stafford also got on the scoresheet in a 5-3 win.
It was the second game in a row that Park had smashed in five – they saw off Windsor 5-1 on Saturday – but McElligott was not entirely pleased.
He said: "It could quite easily have been eight or nine. I'm disappointed we let in three soft goals which we shouldn't have.

"They were sloppy goals to concede but we got back on top thereafter and took control again as the game wore on.
"I was disappointed with our disappointment in parts but we've taken six points from two games and scored ten goals – I'm pleased with that return."
Park have Saturday off before taking on Cove (away, 7.45pm) on Tuesday night.
McElligott said: "It would have been nice to play on Saturday but it gives us time to prepare for Cove."
Chris Smith netted two while Steve Wilson, Lavery and Alec Brown got one apiece.
