Speaking of her campaign to raise the £10,000, the charity's founder, Simon Cowell, added: "It is just the most stunning effort."
As part of her efforts she has organised a "wildlife bazaar" at Shere Village Hall on Monday, August 30.
The day, which has a 50p entry fee, includes cakes, teas, ice creams, candy floss, jams, tombola, plants, and jewellery for sale.
There will also be outdoor activities, including beat the goalkeeper, hook the duck and hoop the bottle.
Parking is available behind the village hall.
