Two men were rushed to hospital after an accident on a Leatherhead road.

The men were involved in the single vehicle accident in Woodlands Road at 11.10pm last night (Wednesday) .

Following the crash, one of the men, in his 40s, had back pain as well as an injury to his head. The other man, in his 30s, was suffering from neck pain.

Both were taken to St Peter's Hospital, in Chertsey, by paramedics.

A crew from Leatherhead fire station were also called to the scene as one of the men was trapped in the vehicle.
