Chipstead and Merstham will be in Surrey Senior Cup action on Tuesday night.

Merstham play at Blue Square South promotion hopefuls Woking, who beat Dorking 5-0 last Tuesday with a smattering of first-team players.

The game was rearranged after the Surrey Mirror went to press last week and replaces the Ryman League Division One South match at Walton Casuals that had been scheduled for Monday.

Chipstead host Egham Town for the right to host AFC Wimbledon.

A tie against the Dons would renew rivalries from Combined Counties League days and also bring former player Russell Harmsworth, who is part of the Dons' management set-up, back to High Road.

Both ties are in the last 16 of the competition.

Chipstead lost 2-1 at home to Fleet on Saturday, Sean Rivers, supplied by Scott Simpson, levelling before the visitors went on to win.

Merstham's game at Folkestone was a victim of the weather.

For reaction and news see Thursday's Surrey Mirror.
