Most of the district's schools have reopened despite continuing cold weather conditions.

According to the Surrey Alert website the following schools have reopened;

Abinger Common School

Barnett Wood Infant School

Dorking Nursery

Eastwick Infant School

Eastwick Junior School

Fetcham Village Infant School

Howard of Effingham School

Leatherhead Trinity School

Newdigate C of E Infant School

Oakfield Junior School

Powell Corderoy Primary School

Scott-Broadwood C of E Infant School

St Giles Church of England Infant School

St John's C of E Community School and Nursery

St Joseph's Catholic Primary School

St Lawrence Primary School

St Martin's C of E Primary School

St Michael's C of E First School

St Paul's Church of England Primary School

The Acorns Infant School

The Greville Primary School

The Priory School

The Weald C of E Primary School

Therfield School

West Ashtead School

West Hill School

Woodlands School

Starhurst School in Dorking is set to reopen tomorrow while The Ashcombe School is opening for Year 11 and 6th form students who are sitting exams.
