Shikari named as Redfest's Friday headliners
Four-piece rock band Enter Shikari have been announced as the Friday night headliners at this year's Redfest music festival.
In March 2007 the group's debut album, Take To The Skies, reached number four in the UK's official album charts.

Since then, the St Albans-based outfit, whose music is inspired by hardcore, drum 'n' bass, dubstep and metal, have gone from strength to strength.
In the summer of 2008 they took off on festival dates across Europe, playing a number of arena shows as guests of Linkin Park, and also appearing at the UK date of Linkin Park's Projekt Revolution festival alongside JayZ, Pendulum and N*E*R*D.
A UK autumn tour followed along with the release of a single.
In November that year, Enter Shikari recorded tracks for last year's album, Common Dreads, which again debuted in the top 10 of the UK Album Charts.
They headed off around the world with festival dates across Europe and Japan – including Glastonbury and Reading – two US tours and a major tour of the UK, before finishing 2009 as guests of The Prodigy on their European arena tour.
There's been no rest this year either – after a mainland European headline tour, they returned to the UK for a handful of gigs which ended with the band's largest headline show to date at London's 5,000 capacity Hammersmith Apollo.
Less than a week later Enter Shikari found themselves on Australia's Soundwave tour before heading to Japan for headline shows.
Redfest, Robins Cook Farm, South Nutfield, from Friday, July 23 to Saturday, July 24. Tickets are £35 for the weekend, including camping and parking, from www.wegottickets.com
