It's the third time great British original talent, singer/songwriter Ron Truman-Border has got together with exiled Zimbabwean actor and poet, Bart Wolffe, to stir the heart and give voice to the night.

This promises to be an evening extraordinaire of two oustanding talents with original and moving songs alongside words of power and beauty.

As there is limited seating, it is recommended that you get there well before 8pm when the show begins.

The theme of the evening is "Never Made the Headlines" and the coupling of Ron's original soul-searching and heart-rending songs of human frailty, love, loss and joy alongside Bart's extraordinary voice and moving poetry promises to touch everyone.

Bart is a prolific author and will be reading from his latest compilation of poetry, Waking Dreams. He has been a radio broadcaster, an award-winning actor, has had half a dozen of his plays performed in London and Edinburgh and penned some 16 books.

Ron has recorded many albums over the years and performs throughout the UK.

All of his music has the feeling of something intimate and familiar, wonderfully accessible. His lyrics speak of broken hearts and minds, lovers lost and the unsung heroes hidden in our midst. He gives voice to those stories we rarely read about and mostly that never made the headlines.

A raffle will be held, all proceeds going towards the Ruskin House Fund for the on-going maintenance of the listed building.
