This rich, vibrant and energetic production featured a
talented young cast in a production which skilfully blended sorcery, comedy,
revenge and reconciliation, supported by outstanding costumes and an original
score.
"Squeaky Door's Tempest is ravishing, rich and
original. The company of young actors pack it with energy, spectacle, intelligence and wit in this hilarious and
savage production " Julian Sands
The rain held off so the only Tempest was on stage enabling
the audience to enjoy their picnics whilst watching one of the two free
performances.
The adaptation, by Tracey Linegar and Marcus Belassie,
has been invited to perform in a two week run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival
in August, for which funding is now being sought.
