Surrey Police drop murder investigation into Weybridge death
A MURDER investigation launched after the death of a Czech Republic national in Weybridge has been dropped by Surrey Police.
A 26-year-old man who was arrested in connection with the death of Marcel Skyba at an address in Queens Road, Weybridge, in April, has had his bail cancelled.
Mr Skyba, a 43-year-old chef, was found by police with a stab wound on April 16.
Despite attempts to resuscitate him, his injuries were fatal and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

A post mortem examination carried out shortly after the death at the Royal Surrey County Hospital gave a preliminary cause of death as incised wounds to the heart.
A Surrey Police spokeswoman said: "Following a thorough investigation, the incident is now being treated as non-suspicious and, pending any further information coming to light, the matter will be passed to the coroner's office."
