Officers and London Ambulance Service attended to a 17-year-old boy suffering a stab wound. He was taken to hospital and was discharged shortly after.
He was then subsequently arrested by Metropolitan Police and released on bail until July 17.
Officers cordoned off areas around Leatherhead Road on Wednesday including an alleyway off Barwell Lane where blood marks were found on the ground.
A Metropolitan police spokeswoman added: "Two 16-year-old-boys were located nearby. They also had injuries. Both were taken to hospital.
"One of those boys was treated and discharged. He was also subsequently arrested."
A second 16-year-old boy remains in hospital where his condition has been described as serious but stable.
