Boy band JLS, who were nominated for three Brit Awards, are the latest band to be added to the list of live concerts at Epsom Downs Racecourse.

Aston, Marvin, JB and Oritse shot to fame during the 2008 X Factor when they were runners up in the competition.

During 12 months, the boys debut single, Beat Again, sold more than 100,000 copies in its first week of release. Their second single, Everybody in Love, topped the UK Singles Charts too, selling more than 120,000 copies in its first week.

The band's self titled debut album was released in November last year and has since gone triple platinum, with sales of more than 900,000 copies in the UK alone.

JLS will play after an evening of racing on Thursday, July 22 and tickets go on sale on Tuesday, February 16. They join Simply Red and James Morrison on the Epsom Live programme of racing and music nights.
