Five men charged after Tandridge drugs raid

FIVE men have been charged following a Tandridge drugs raid in which 40,000 ecstasy pills were seized.

Charles Houston, 26, of Manor Drive North, Worcester Park, was charged with conspiracy to produce and supply a class A drug (ecstasy) to appear at South West Surrey Magistrates Court on Wednesday (May 16).

Yasin Fada, 21, of Court Crescent, Chessington, David Lewis, 45, from Ewhurst Road, Cranleigh,  Benjamin Brown, 25, of Bridge Road, Chessington, and Steven Everett, 43, of Mavis Close, Epsom, have already been charged with the same offence and were remanded in custody to appear at Guildford Crown Court on May 25.

Two men, aged 30 and 34 years from Crawley, who were also arrested following the raid, were released on police bail and are due to return on November 7.

A 38-year-old man from East Hunsbury, Northamptonshire, was also released on police bail and will return on August 14.

The raid took place on May 9 at a property in Moor Lane, Marsh Green, under Operation Disco and was the culmination of an intelligence-led operation.
