Burgess steals winner for South Park

DALE Burgess's late strike moved South Park up to eighth as Joe McElligot's side extended their unbeaten run to five.

In the seventh minute Jay Mellows took advantage of hesitation in the defence to square the ball to Dan Mottram who made no mistake from 10 yards.

Staines were into their stride quickly at the start of the second half and three minutes in they equalised through Baxter.

Then Burgess fed Parker on the edge of the box. He beat the defender and as he was about to shoot he slipped yet scored rather fortunately with his 'wrong foot'.

In the 77th minute Staines were awarded a free kick 25 yards out which the left back curled into the top corner to level.

In the 89th minute Parker. beat three defenders before setting up Burgess to tap home from four yards.
